in this case you can do MBA part time from Mumbai University affiliated colleges. The programme is known as MHRM and it is of 3 years duration. It costs around 55000 per year
You can do it from only following institutes
JBIMS
Welingkar
K J Somaiya
alternatively you may opt for Executive Management programme from SP Jain and if cost is contraint, do distance learning MBA from University of Madras or Pondicherry University

If you are interested in Computers, then take some diploma course in IT. If you want to pursue a career in Banks, prepare for Bank Officers exams, If interested in Career in CA / CS/ ICWA go for the respective institutes and enroll yourself. Lastly, if you want to do MBA immediately after graduation, then start preparing for the Management competitive exams.

Both MBA & PGDBM are more or less the same as far as management studies is concerned. You first select the university for managment course and take whatever degree they give. The education and the name of institute is more important than the name of the degree.

Though you can, but personally, I would not like to suggest you. It's like "Jack of all trades, Master of None". Rather stick to one field and prosper in that field. Moreover, both the above mentioned fields are not inter related. So you have to carefully decide exactly which career stream you want to choose.
