For admission in IIT's or DCE, the lateral entry rules differ from one university to another.
Generally, to take admission in lateral entry colleges you need to be a diploma holder in any engineering field with a minimum aggregate pass mark as per the university rules. But, to be sure, I would suggest you to please directly contact the university officials for specific criteria.
