Integrated MBA is BBA+MBA. The advantage here lies in that once you've laid a solid groundwork in you graduation; it becomes much easier to select the specialization of your choice. The five year course gives you a solid grounding in the basics of subjects like HR, Finance, MIS, etc and then hones your skills in a specific area, immensely boosting your job prospects.
Equipped with an MBA, you will have a lot more opportunities in the job market. Since you will have a specialization in a certain field, you will be given preference over someone with a just a Bachelor's degree.

Anubhav, as you secured good score in mains and wait for the advance results. If you get good results in advance you can get into IIT's . If not once try for NIT's because you may get a seat with that score. You have a good percentage and it will help you to get a good college. If you dint find any iit and nit colleges then go for affiliated colleges in which you get a good college in the state.I suggest you to go with the top colleges in the state if you dint get any seat in IIT's and NIT's.
