if you clear all level of CA than it is a very good to high in career. You can do BMS along with CA. CA is not a regular course so you can continue to do BMS or BBA or any bachlor course.

No, you can't as Harcout Butler Technical Institute is now HBTU and hence, it starts taking admission for B.Tech courses through JEE Mains score only and not through the UPSEE.

You can go for MBA if get a good colleges however if not you can do M.Com keeping research in mind. As there are still scarcity of faculties in many colleges so PhD is not a bad option.
