As for admissions in IIT a minimum of 60% is required plus you must clear JEE which I believe can be met by you. Instead of NIOS you can look for other options such as B.Sc in a desired field or BE from other engineering colleges.

as you are from science background, you can do you bachlor in any science or art stream instead of doing bba or bbm because you want to do MBA too. Take BA economic in you graduation and prepare for CAT as you have science background, definitely you have an edge.
If you got good colleges for BBA than you can do that too but I am suggesting you to do simple BA in economics.

With the marks you obtained in JEE Mains, you have no chance of getting admission in any of the NITs. However, if you have appeared for MHTCET then perhaps there are some chances of getting admission in Maharashtra.
