i don't think that u can improve yourself upto an iitian level.if marks were >100 then i would prefer u to take a drop.nd i will suggest u to not go kota,as it is too much expensive,it will nearly cost u about 1.5-2 lakh for 1 year preparation there.rather than kota if u r desperate for IIT do coaching nearby ur home.

Yes, as per low percentage in +2 your rank in JEE Mains gets affected. If you want to opt CSE, you should head over to private colleges of your state. All the best for future.

No ! Sorry to inform you but you can't get admission in B.Tech in nits after just Diploma. Though you cab check out some reputed private college which do in the later entry programme.

for private there is reason which are not suitable to person like financial problem.
and Ba regular here student doesn't faces more any problems which related to that suitability.

IELTS is preferred over TOEFL.in Europe. But, you cannot apply directly after 12th since German universities require 13 years formal education. You can clear IIT JEE advance or complete the first year of a bachelor's degree program here in India as a pre requisite. Visit daad website for more details.

Sorry you may not get in NIT. Try for other colleges who accept JEE main score.

If you have aptitude, go for entrance test of PUSA. if not PUSA then also you must choose a university or institute of repute if you are seriously looking for career in hotel management.
