your rank is not good for taking admission in the best college of IPU like maharaja agarsen,VIPS,etc .but all the college of IPU is good. I think u have to allotted kasturi ram college CPJ-CHS ,DIRD .if u have Delhi candidate.

BBI is Bachelors of Banking Insurance and BAF is Bachelors of Accounting and Finance. It is upon you in which you are interested. BAF is that type of degree which has many options to do a graduate degree and BBI is all related to insurance so you don't have many options. But if you are interested in Insurance then it's good or else BAF is more preferable. You can take advice from others too. so it's all your decision.

i would say it depends on his interest but since he has scored 62% u should go for BBE ( bachelor of bussiness economics ) and then u can go for MBA ( accounting and finance) u can also choose to go for BBA if u want.
