Hello Ravina,
If you haven't got campus placement already then it is quite difficult to get a job with just a graduation degree. I would suggest you to go for PG courses.
Also, you can go for Bank PO exams, CGL etc.

Hi Dinesh, currently with so much competition around a distance learning MBA for a job abroad without any work experience etc won't be a good idea but ofcourse if you have an extraordinary profile you may be lucky. H1B visa is again not a very easy option.
