Hi,
There are several options for B.Sc in Physics if and only if you choose to pursue higher study. Otherwise mere graduate degree is just sufficient for couple of govt. jobs. Anyway coming back to the point
You can apply for JAM (55% is minimum required in B.Sc for applying in JAM) and can go for a master degree from any IITs. Not only in Physics but also you can apply for Energy science. However if these are the pros then the cons are that even M.Sc in Physics is not enough to get a job from IITs.
Its very bitter truth that once you land yourself in general science stream, the only way to survive is higher study. Although it is not alwa

Hi Vivek,
Apparently, both the countries are very good in terms of education standards and post study opportunities. You may further check the SOL of the two countries and see the in-demand occupations. Both the countries are also affordable however living expenses are higher in Australia. In terms of admission Canada is more competitive than Australia. So you need to narrow down the final choice based on your profile, budget, university admission requirements etc.

You have not mentioned your home state or your category. Hence I am going to assume you belong to general category and as for the home state, you can either belong to Himachal Pradesh for the home state quota, or belong to any other state. If you belong to HP, you can get admission into the Civil Engineering branch at NIT Hamirpur, along with ECE, Mechanical, EEE and Chemical Engineering branches. I would recommend getting admission into any other branch if you want to, as the Civil Engineering branch of our college isn't top tier when compared to the other branches. And if you do not belong to HP, then I'm sorry to say you will not be

ICT is actually IT+EC. 1st and 2nd year are combined than from 3rd year onward, one has to choose either of the both for the next 2 yrs. In terms of placements 1st, being a placement cell member, I would suggest DA over above all mentioned colleges. N yeah, DA won't mind being compared to any NIT except T, W, S. The highly qualified and experienced faculty is its next asset, the student-oriented running of the college would be the next through cells, clubs, the open and non-gender centred environment would be the next.

If you are in open category then it's difficult. If you belong to reserved category then you may get in CAP round but your percentage doesn't matter. You just need 50% in PCM to be eligible.
