I really do not see any requirement to pursue a particular course to add on to your profile but what would be more important in securing a good job is confidence in your self, good academic record with great talent (of your discipline) that you can showcase at the time of the Campus recruitment.
As for the courses are concerned, there are many that one can pursue from your related field or otherwise and it will entirely depend on your interest based on which you can decide to choose.
