PLC Scada etc come under instrumentation courses . If possible get it done through DOEACC, I dont think there are too many part time options with DOEACC, but there are private institutes running instrumentation courses all over India. See this web site for example : http://www.siitindia.in

Hi , Most of the Universities in US needs 16 yrs of full time education for their Masters entry. but at the same time there are few universities in US who also accepts 15 yrs of education as well. So first decided of what you're gonna do and in Which university . More over any Diploma or a PG diploma which is awarded by an recognized university would be accepted !
