Yes you can apply for universities in Canada and USA.
Universities in US and Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
An average tuition fee at US universities is around US$ 30,000 per year, average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year. the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Hi Amit, as per the entry requirements with the universities in UK says bachelors with either first class or the second class is required for you to join MBA on top of it very few universities who's entry requirement is with a minimum of 2 yrs plus. but then there are few universities which are good in-terms of their infra, faculty strength, industrial collaboration also admits freshers for their MBA with a Pre-MBA module too. So don't need to be scared . But on the top of it you need good IELTS / TOEFL score to pick up some good ranked university.
