i think civil engineering is better.because now times realestate field is growing more than others.
If there are better chances of jobs in mechanical in your areas than you can choose mechanical.
But if you have choices than first listen your heart.because after 3-4 yours you says that i want to change my field than you cant do it.life & choice is yours.

You can apply and try. Pharmacy courses in UK may not exactly match the papers you have done here in teh first year. It is a three year course in UK. Hence youc an start first year itself is better.

MBBS from Kazakistan & China are not valuable in India as after that you have to appear for enterence test of MCI, which will be difficult to clear. Even after completion of course, you will find difficulty to practice. Try for alternate option In India or some other countries, but as money is constraint, its difficult task

the eligibility is
Recognized Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline.
Candidates appearing for a qualifying examination can also apply subject to submission of proof of requisite qualification by beginning of October of the year of start of the course.
