Hi Mr. Shivakumar, The first option which you can opt for is US for your Master's in Computer Science as most of the ranked universities in US has good research base and heavy funding on the knowledge center's which they work on , but then the admission to these universities are purely based on your Bachelor's score and also with a good score in your GRE, There are few universities which also offers grants for students with excellent academic records and good score in GRE and in TOEFL or IELTS. The University selection comes in only on having your bachelor's, GRE and TOEFL or IELTS Score.
