would suggest you to join BTech(Aero) as it will give you a bachelors degree which will open up a lot many pathways for you not only for job but also for further studies or exams like IAS etc.
Admission Eligibility
Candidates eligible for admission to BTAE should possess following qualifications
10 + 2 in Science stream or higher-with min 55% marks in PCM aggregate. OR Students with BSc(PCM) having minimum 55% marks in aggregate, OR Candidates with Diploma in engineering with 55% aggregate marks from a university or equivalent .(Students with BSc or diploma holders also can be admitted in the first year). For SC/ST/OBC the admission criteria is 50% marks in PCM in 10+2 in science stream.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.
