I would agree with Ankit Rules to some extent as GRE is usually required for MS program but I would also suggest you to get in touch with the Universities to get more information regarding the admission procedure.

Well Education in Germany is Government sponsored but not managements programs. Now as you have mentioned Cost, I would like to say that as education in Germany is govt. funded so you may have to give a very minimal fee ranging between 140- 500 euros.
The living expenses may cost upto 740 euros.
Also I would request you to go for a German language course as it will help you get Part time employment. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
You might have to give GRE, IELTS, TOEFL or any other exam as required by the university.

Snce you have recently completed your BCA, I would suggest that you do more of technical education before venturing into MBA courses. Besides, if you want to do only MBA then preferably do it through a regular course.
