you should have specified the course.
anyways, once you enter the website, click on programs tab. select program type. select the program you wish to opt for. on right side you will see fees. click that. you will get the fees details for that particular course.

there is no single book for all sections. I would suggest you to do RS Agarwal or Trishna for quants, Nishit K Sinha for LRDI and RS Agarwal for verbal and non-verbal reasoning. for GK, keep following daily news.
