Hello Himanshu, It depends on the visa interview as well as the Canadian University's criteria for admission into Masters course. Some universities permit backlogs but some don't. You need to carefully apply for such good universities. Also, at the time of the visa interview, try to avoid bringing up the backlogs issue as the interviewer may reject your Visa. Highlight all the publications you have and all the achievements too. Those will have a positive impact on both university and interview. Rest all is in your hands. Good luck!

Hi,
For MS, a majority of the universities require 75%, you have to first check the admission requirements. Having 6 publications is really good but universities will check the quality and importance of it. Additionally, you have to check GRE requirements on any on the university website. LORs, SOP, etc. must be well documented. So try applying to some universities, otherwise, you wouldn't know.
