Minimum age is 21 years. You have to prepare for UPSC examination. The notification of the examination is made in December. The recruitment of the candidates is based on the written test, Physical Efficiency test and a medical test conducted by UPSC. The test comprises of two papers of question. The first paper includes two sections of questions. The test includes 150 questions of objective type format. The first section includes seventy five questions of General Ability questions. Second section consists of seventy five questions to analyze the professional skills of the candidates. The total marks awarded for the test is three hundred. The second paper is mainly for evaluating the candidates essay writing skills and English language usage. For the correct answers two marks are awarded and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The total time allotted for completing the exam is two and a half hours. Those who clear the written test will be called for the physical test. The upper age limit for the candidates to apply for the test is 35 years. You need to decide in which field you wish to study further, as you have completed MBA, it would be advisable to work for few years and then look executive MBA program offered by various universities in US.
It is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL, though there are some universities which do not require GRE, but during the time of your VISA interview you may be asked why you have not taken GRE.
Please remember GRE is a test which student need to take, if they wish to pursue MS engineering and science courses, GMAT is a test which student need to take if they wish to pursue MBA.
TOEFL is a test which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.

The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) administers the MCCEE examination to evaluate general medical knowledge of international medical graduate as compared to graduates of Canadian medical schools.
The examination is designed to test the student's understanding of the principal fields of medicine, including internal medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, psychiatry, surgery and others fields.
The MCCEE examination is held in English and French in various centres in Canada and abroad. It is usually held in the month of March and September.
Many Canadian universities also use MCATs (Medical College Admission Test) as a way to test their applicants.

Germany is one of the finest study destination to pursue MS in automobile engineering, a degree offered by German universities are world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
The duration of masters course in Germany is 1.5-2 years.
In order to pursue MS in Germany, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.

GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Plus it is always advisable to do some basic German language course, before leaving for Germany, as its a non English speaking country.

Well you have not mentioned any exam in particular like IAS or IPS or SSC, yet the examination pattern is same for all as the conducting body is one. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
