Hi,
If your degree is a 3 year degree, then it will be difficult to get admission in a good college as most of the universities require 16 years of education. You can either pursue a post graduate diploma and then apply for masters, or look for universities in UK and Australia.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi,
He has got an excellent CGPA which makes him not only eligible for MS, but eligible to apply in top universities like Stanford, Harvard, MIT, etc. Infact, if he can maintain this CGPA till his 8th semester, he can most likely get a very huge amount of scholarship. Your son will have to take the GRE and TOEFL once he graduates and is ready to apply for his masters. Provided he scores 1400+ in the GRE, admission in any top university would be very easy for him.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
