There are several books available in the market for IAS preparation but as there are number of subjects involved in IAS examination the books you take up would depend on the subjects you opt for. However, for General studies the best option is your NCERT books of 11th and 12th.

Immediately join tution /coaching class where a particular subject is taught ,also join a private class preferably and give your coach/professor clear idea that you will pay 100 % amount only inc ase if u pass (if he is ready for this the it depend on you how much efforts you put in to achieve this)

There are many courses that one can pursue after the completion of the Bachelors in Computers depending on your interest.
There are institutes offering short term courses in the Hardware networking, software programming, database etc. You may also look up to Masters in different fields like if you are keen to continue with technical knowledge then pursue MCA, but if you are keen to change your field then you may consider management is a good option and take up MBA as a course. It will entirely depend on your interests and career aspirations.
