Hi Ray,
As you are interested in Acting I would like to say that acting is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of talent and hard work. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc.
Also I would advice you to get a portfolio done and submit it in various studios and fashion houses as ADs provide a platform for acting.
Few good acting institutes are
Marwah Studios
AAFT
FTII
Purple Rose Academy etc.
For a list of more institutes, please refer to the below link

Hi Neer,
When a company chooses a candidate it looks into his/her overall personality and the educational background so although, your low percentage would be a hitch but getting placed would largely depend on how you use the knowledge earned and whether are able to do a proper display of your knowledge at the time of job interviews.
If you want to do EMBA program, then I think you can definitely go ahead as it would be great boost to your career and definitely get you good career opportunities provided you do it through a decent full time Institute like IIMs or XLRI etc.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In
