Hi,
If you have completed your bachelors in mechanical, then the best possible course for you would be a masters in mechanical engineering. You can even opt for the aeronautical which you have mentioned. There is no limitation in applying for them and you are very well eligible.
The question is, have you asked yourself what career do you want 10 years down the line? Do you feel your good with air crafts after pursuing your BE, or you feel you have a better chemistry with machines? The choice is yours and only yours. Just ask yourself what your interested in and what interests you the most and pursue that course.
Hope my answer has solved

Hi Kadiyam,
Well in case to pursue a course in Chip Design, you can opt for the VLSI courses in Chip designing. There are many well known institutes like CDAC offering courses in the same.
http://tinyurl.com/ydngr6l
As of now your focus should be more on the B.tech course as this is of priority and it would be difficult to think of pursuing the VLSI course along with the B.tech.
