Hi,
You are not eligible to pursue your masters in US as the degree requirement is a 4 year degree whereas you hold a 3 year degree. i would recommend looking for universities in UK and Australia.

There are several good Institutes providing BBA in Delhi like GGSIPU, Delhi University, and Jamia Millia Islamia. However, as there are no public ranking or rating on the basis of which we can name one best Institute, it would be difficult to name the best BBA Institute.

As you are from commerce stream there are various options available for you such as, B.Com, B.Com (H), BBA, CA, CWA, CS etc. and other Finance related degrees like BFA.
As far as money involvement is concerned the cost of different Institutes and different degree programs would differ so it can range from as low as 30,000 to as high as 3 lakhs. If money is a constraint I would suggest that you should opt for Government Institutes like Delhi University

You need to do your MBA, from the top 100 B Schools, for your degree to be valued and respected, by the corporate world. You need to get a very high percentile in your CAT or XAT. Different B Schools have different cut off percentages. My only suggestion is to never compromise on the quality of the B School. If you are not able to make it to the top 100, give your CAT exam again in, November 2011.
