Firstly there is no such definite way to prepare for the CLAT but then you need to prioritize things well in advance and make sure about how you want the preparation to take place as in the gathering the syllabus, taking up coaching from a good institute would be very help full, your basics need to be strong and so should be your time and accuracy in answering questions.
There are many institutes offering CLAT test prep and you can opt to pursue coaching from one of the many depending on aspects like location, course duration, batch timings etc.
