You can check the website of the universities in which you are interested, or you can do it from IGNOU. Don't worry, age doesn't matter for pursuing PG program. All the best.

Hi Sir,
Yes, but in second or third category, you have to pay more for that.
Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well. With each category admission, fees go high. First category closed till 15,000 rank, and you can get CSE till 9000 rank and IT till 11000 rank, but there are 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, but you have to pay more for that. Hope this helps.

You are eligible for B.Sc, but pursue B.Tech rather than B.Sc, because B.Sc is 3 year graduate degree course, while B.Tech is 4 year technical degree course. Since you have done Diploma, you could get admission in 2nd year direct by lateral entry schemes and could pursue 4 year of course only in 3 year. Value of B.Tech is more as compare to B.Sc.

When you are in college, you can apply for NDA till you are in eligible age. When you are selected and you are in the merit list for NDA, Leave that College. You can keep College as backup. As if you are not selected for NDA and your chances for NDA are over, then continue your college and after completion of your course go for Graduate level entrance exams of armed forces. Good Luck, and I am sure will crack the NDA exam.

Hi,
For B.Com (Hons) under IP University, there are around 2,600 seats. However, there is a lot of state reservation which amounts to 85% of seats being reserved for Delhi students. And, then other reservations. So, you get around 8% to 10% seats left.
