Diploma in itself is a good education if you want to become an entrepreneur. But if you have resources of time and money I would advise you to do graduation in either mechanical or mechatronics engineering.

Yes, but in second or third category, you have to pay more for that.
Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well. With each category admission, fees go high. First category closed till 15,000 rank, and you can get CSE till 9000 rank and IT till 11000 rank, but there are 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, but you have to pay more for that.
