Although, you have not mentioned anything about your educational qualification & professional Experience but, choosing a specialization purely depends on your interests and career aspirations. Hi Julio,
It is not a compulsion to pursue MBA post M.tech, it varies on the basis of the person's interest and requirement.
As for the salaries are concerned, An engg graduate of IIT would definitely get great job options with lucrative remunerations but would be based on student's academic brilliance,skill set and talent during the campus placement and not just on the basis of the institute.

CFA can be done only after Graduation so if you have already completed your graduation you can go ahead and do CFA. As it is a self study program you can also simultaneously prepare for 2012 Entrance Exam.

In Germany education is free if you able to get DAAD scholarship, however fees is also not expensive and very minimal fee structure. Living expenses can be bit higher. To avail free education clear the Scholarship to know about scholarships you can contact DAAD office.
