Although, you have not mentioned anything about your educational qualification & professional Experience but, choosing a specialization purely depends on your interests and career aspirations. There are many specializations available in Management programs. Few of the popular once are operations, finance, marketing, HR. According to your qualification and experience you can opt for a specilization.
I would also like to know if you are doing MBA in International business then you must be having IB as your specialisation or is it a dual specialization program.

An IB person learns a lot on managing international orders, i.e. the transfer and assurance of funds/ payments and the documentation process, legality etc. Also, understanding and abiding with international laws and laws of the state. Travel may be involved in tying up things although with internet, a lot of travel has been done away with.

In Germany education is free if you able to get DAAD scholarship, however fees is also not expensive and very minimal fee structure. Living expenses can be bit higher. To avail free education clear the Scholarship to know about scholarships you can contact DAAD office.
These are the universities where you can try :-RWTH Aachen University , Chemnitz University of Technology , Freiberg University of Mining and Technology , University of Giessen , Hamburg University of Applied Sciences , University of Konstanz , Munich University of Technology , University of Berlin. Since your academics are good then you may be easily get the admission and the scholarships. Kindly refer the university website for information.
