Hi Megina, there is no MBA in Finance offered and if you wish to do it from Cambridge only then you will have to wait until the course is introduced.
There are other options at Cambridge that one can have : General MBA, Master of Finance, MPhil Finance.
Requirements for MBA : mini 3 yrs work ex (managerial/supervisory), IELTS - 7.5 min with no band less than 7.0 and a GMAT of at least 690.
Master of Finance : A GPA of 3.6/4.0 and 2 yrs professional work ex.
MPhil : research based course so may not be of use if you wish to go for a taught one.
If you meet the requirements mentioned above then you can apply for the course. If not, then let me

Yes, The professional degrees both MCA and ME courses are Equal.
I am pretty sure, Companies are giving equal priority to both MCA and ME.
Both MCA and ME (Computer Science and Engineering) professional degree courses, the contents of theory and practical syllabus are SAME.
