Hi Kahlon,
For IAS Syllabus please check the link below:
https://www.shiksha.com/getArticleDetail/466/Government-Sector-Examinations/Indian-Administrative-Services-(IAS)/IAS-Examination-Patterns

After choosing a particular stream in B.Tech if you want to change the stream, you can only do it in case you are moving from core field to a derived field as in the field you are getting into is the offshoot of the field you have done your B.Tech in Like Computer Science Engineering student can move to IT, Mechanical student can move to Electronics etc.

Hi Neha,
Let me inform you that, all the good universities in US require minimum 2-3 years of work experience at supervisory/assistant managerial/managerial level, for MBA course.
Though there are some universities which do not requires work experience, but its not worth doing MBA from those universities. So if you wish to pursue MBA from good universities in US, it would be advisable to work at least for 2 years.
You can pursue MS in engineering mgt. as this course does not require any work experience, and since it is a course which is blend of engineering as well as management subjects, you can easily cope up with the course curriculum.

Hi Saurabh,
Although, advisable would be that you should opt for a degree after your Diploma in Electronics as this will help you in further studies, but in case you are not interested in a degree programme you can go for AMIE certifications which is treated as equivalent to degree or for other similar certification in Electronics like VLSI & Embedded system courses from CDAC, DOECC, IIT Delhi etc.
