Hi Mayank, this being a clinical course will require you to have registration. As the registration will not only let you attend a clinical course but also help you to practise after completion of the course. Applying and attaining registration can take time. So if you do not want to wait and want to take up studies immediately then you can go for non clinical courses like oral hygiene, dental public health. You will need to appear for MJDS exam previously known as MFDS. The details about the exam can be had from this link : www.mjdf.org.uk/

Seriously speaking both the institutes are good and profound in the education offered, but if you are dependent on the market popularity, definitely Arena is a more established institute.
However, it is important to figure out the difference between the institutes based on the several affecting parameters like course offered, accreditation or affiliation of the particular course, placement records in the past and many more details.
