There are several Engineering Colleges accepting GATE Score for M.Tech programme, but as rightly said by Rexmty you should try for Top ones those are: IITs, IISc, NITs

Computer Science is a pretty vast field and the fields which you can opt for if you have B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering are Instrumentation, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Telecommunication, IT etc.

Although, you can get admission to the second year of Engineering through CAP but then for that you need to clear CET and need to be a Diploma holder in the subject you are planning to do your B.Tech.

The course also imparts a fair understanding of hospital information systems and interpretation of data apart from maintaining good communication with the staff of various departments and monitoring and improvement of patient care
