Although, you can go for law courses after 12th, as almost all the good Law Schools provide integrated law programme just after 12th but if you are looking for correspondence course you need to be clear about the fact that you can not practice law. It is only if you want to get into back-end profiles like like Cyber laws, intellectual property law (copyright, patents, trademarks, designs), Technology law (IT), securities law, ADR (alternative dispute resolution), TRP(Tax Return Preparer) then you can plan for a Bachelor's degree i.e. BBL, BGL etc.
Few of the Universities which you may consider are: Annamalai University, Madurai Kamaraj University, Kakatiya University, ICFAI University, and Kurukshetra University etc.
Coming to your second query if you are doing a three year law course and simultaneously you want to do some regular course then you can do that provided the institute you are applying to allow you to do so as not all the institutes would allow this.

Dipal.When you are good at something (say for example Jewellery Designing), the rule of thumb is that you enroll in a MBA course in a top business school and not any other business school that offers a MBA with nonsensical attractive suffixes like Jewellery Design Management, Fashion Accessories Management etc. The reason is that top business schools are the breeding ground for entrepreneurs, some of whom turn into serial entrepreneurs. These MBA students are not interested in jobs in the long run. They want to make millions and are constantly on the look out for valuable human capital. So my advice is that you should go for MBA Marketing in a top business school either in India or abroad. UC Berkeley offers a joint masters degree in Architecture and Structural Engineering. This masters program enables a student to obtain both a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering by receiving credit for twenty four fewer units than if the student were to take the two degrees separately.
International students of recognized academic institutions are required to have completed degree programs representing a minimum of 16 years of schooling with at least 12 years at the primary and secondary level. You must have fulfilled the following course requirements to apply:-one year college-level calculus, one year college-level physical science (e.g. physics ), one semester probability and statistics and elementary linear algebra, one semester course in matrix structural analysis. You must have obtained minimum TOEFL score of 570 on paper and pencil test or 230 on computer based test, or 68/120 on internet based test (ibt) or IELTS overall band score of at least 7 on a 9-point scale. You will also need to take the GRE general test. GRE subject test scores are not required.
