Popular SPP colleges which you can check include Humber College, Red River College, Northern Lights College, Langara College, etc. You have to check the eligibility and admission requirements on the respective websites. MH CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) is a common entrance test conducted for providing admissions in health science degree, engineering, technology and pharmacy courses. The exam will be organized in the first week of May 2018. Various colleges and institutions of Maharashtra consider the MH CET score for providing admission in pharmacy courses.

It's very hard to say which is better. In my opinion these both are professions. What are you getting from the studies and what you are doing for the society and mankind with help of what you studied is very important. The above mentioned people don't see what is best they have only seen the betterment of others that's why they did best with what they had. So what you are seeking and what you are doing defines the better.
So, if you wish to take admission in engineering colleges, then you will have to appear for entrance exams like IIT-JEE, AIEEE, UPSEE, MHT-CET, etc.

It depends on you that where you want to see yourself working. Doing management will definitely be going to improve your skills and you can be an entrepreneur. But on the other side, preparing for a government job and then waiting for a call later is going to delay.

Once your rank is out, wait for counseling and then fill the colleges in the priority you want to go to.
But at this time, I would suggest you to work hard and try to score as much marks as you can. "Do not shrink yourself to not only try, may be you will get a good IIT also.
