No specific subjects except law paper in addition to what other subjects you chose as per the graduation standard. You may better et hold of the prospectus for the UPSC exams. Detils of all the subjects are available in that. Choice of subjects would be yours.

For most of the MBA/MMS programmes the eligibility criteria for OBC category students is that they need to have graduation with 45% aggregate marks from a recognized University. Rest of the criterion will remain the same.

Hi Vishwa,
Well you have heard right that education in most of the European Universities is free or they charge very less fee. But as you have asked this question under Germany, I would like to say that in Germany you get scholarships only for research programs and if you are planning to pursue Masters in Media studies then you might have to be a full fee paying student or you could get it at a subsidized rate of euro140 - 500 per semester.

There are two different ways to reach the position of District Commissioner one of the well known ways is to sit for Civil Service Examination, as on most of the Senior positions in various Government Departments in India people are selected through this examination, second method would be appear for SSB and get selected for a lower level position i.e. District inspector and then reach the commissioner position through promotions.
