You need to have graduate degree to do MBA. Although, your work experience will count but inspite of having 10 years of work experience you need to have a graduation degree in case you are looking for full time program then you need to have 50% and above aggregate in your graduation from a recognized University and even if you plan for distance education you need to have either graduation and if you have work experience few of the universities even except you with a diploma of 3 years.
