Hi Bijay,
You need to have graduate degree to do MBA. Although, your work experience will count but inspite of having 10 years of work experience you need to have a graduation degree in case you are looking for full time program then you need to have 50% and above aggregate in your graduation from a recognized University and even if you plan for distance education you need to have either graduation and if you have work experience few of the universities even except you with a diploma of 3 years.

You can too consider other colleges.
You can consider Skyline Business School, Delhi.

Dear Jasir, As keen interest in Software Development, You can go ahead with .Net Certifications from Microsoft like MCSP or MCSD. They have very good scope in market. If possible you can also go for Cloud Programming.
