Hi Pranaya
There are institutions which do not look at CAT and CET but have their own entrance exams.
If you pass the entrance exam of the institutions then you have seat reserved for PGDM.
This shall be help to you. Look at the institutions which do not accept CAT & CET.
Talk to the Councillor and if you are happy with the institution join the School for PGDM.

Hi Angeesh,
As per my research i would say go to Canada for PhD / Research in the desired field as opportunities are good there there are various scholarships available however that depends on the university and on your academics .Regarding education loan once you get the admission or an offer from the university then you may apply for the education loan from any of the nationalized bank .

Although, you have not mwntioned anything about your educational background but after doing a program in Personnel Management & Industrial relation you can look for jobs with different HR firms or with the company's human resource or legal department. If you are doing this course after graduation, you have to start at an executive level.
