With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you, as universities in US require 16 years of education for MBA.
There are many good universities in UK, which offers MBA to students with no work experience, find below some of these universities:
1.Cardiff University.
2.Liverpool John Moores University.

In order to get admission in these universities you need to have:
Good academic background, preferably 60% plus in graduation.

In order to pursue undergraduate course from universities in US, you need to have:
12 years of education, with good academic background, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized university.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
SAT score of 1600-1700 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August)
Spring(January)
So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission and accordingly you can start your admission process at least 6-7 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
