Hi,
Most of the universities in UK, US and Canada, require minimum 2-3 years full time work experience after graduation to offer admission in their MBA program. How ever there are some good universities in UK, which offer MBA to students with no work experience. Find below some of these universities:

SInce you are already pursuing a bachelors degree, it would be better to pursue the second bachelors degree i.e. BEd in your case in correspondence mode. Also a full-time masters degree will open gates for you to apply for NET/Phd etc.

well drop is not a proper option,coz aieee needs concepts and those concepts come frm theory that prevails in the 12th std course.

Although, XLRI is a well reputed B-School and it programmes definitely gives you value for your money but the Certification programme will hold more value for those students who have good amount of quality work experience say 5 to 8 years and are looking for designation jump, in case your profile matches the above mentioned criteria you can go ahead.
