All I want to say through above lines is that after BCA, frankly speaking you'd be dissapointed to know the salary and wage trend. Today a POST-GRADUATE is even hired on a similar package as the graduates are hired. So I'd suggest you to get more and gather more knowledge and more sharpen skills to expect better salary. Well,m after BCA you can't expect more than Rs. 15,000.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to medical school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

Hi Karnika, as per your interest I would say that interior design describes a group of various yet related projects that involve turning an interior space into an effective setting for the range of human activities. An interior designer is someone who conducts such projects. Interior design is a multifaceted profession that includes conceptual development, liaising with the stakeholders of a project and the management and execution of the design.
To become an Interior Design, one requires professional experience and training, you must be certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.
And as far as the fee structure is concerned, I would say that it differs from one institute to another. The fee structure even gets revised almost every year so, would be tough to state a specific number.
