American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. You have to do your IELTS and FLAb 1 and FLAB II exam. IELTS and FLAB I you can do in India. For FLAB II you have to go to UK and write. Once you are through int hsi you can register as doctor in UK. However to do your MD , you need minimium three years of work expereince.

Dear Babulu, Universities provide a platform for placements through campus selection by networking with different software companies. To land up in a decent job in one of them you need to have steady grades through out the course, good grip on the subject and enough confidence to face the interview board and present yourself and your key strengths successfully.
