As you have already done with your MCA, you can opt for the Job now, along with which you can take up some other certification or short term courses based on your interests like if you are keen you can opt for courses in software/ hardware/ networking/ IT security/ database/ SAP and many more.

First of all I would like to up rise you that to get admission in the PhD (Computer science) program most of the good Universities would require that a candidate should have either done M.Sc, M.Tech, MCA degree or have relative degree so, I really doubt if your MCM degree would be acceptable for PhD in computer science.
However, few of the good Universities which you can consider for PhD in computer science are:
IIT Kanpur,
Delhi University
IIT Delhi
IISC Bangalore
As far as the admission procedure is concerned it would be department specific. In most of the cases you need to sit for Entrance.
