Hi Sneha, I believe PCM is a great choice if you want to get a hi tech job in a big MNC with a extremely good package. But few the disadvantages includes that PCM is very difficult to complete and for a better college you need to give JEE exam which is the most competitive exam and not everyone can score in that. One should pursue PCM only if you can actually leave everything aside and work for your future.

PCM provide a great edge over commerce with Maths if you want to pursue technical field, or any field which requires pcm as eligibility. You can shift to commerce in college while opting for UG courses if your interest is more inclined towards business field. There are no advantage and disadvantage as such. PCM and commerce are two completely different streams. I will advice you to think about your goal and interests in life and go for the streams in which you can give your best
Both stream have their own benefits
In commerce CA (CHARTED ACCOUNTANT) is considered as the highest honour but if you are not interested in accountancy then go for PCM non medical stream has wide options B.Tech, B.Sc. BCA and many more. -
These two are different streams as in pcm mostly students go for engineering and in commerce options are CA and related to financial so it totally depedns on your interest what you want to pursue further.
-
PCM will give a career in technology whereas commerce will take you to the direction of finance and business studies. Moreover, if you are planning for MBA later, commerce would be an add-on value. There is no advantage or disadvantage of any course. It depends on how your interest grows and how better you can perform. Aravali college Faridabad provides courses as per your interest for Science or commerce background.

In simple words if you interested in accounting then general Maths commerce Maths should be take. But if you are interested or make career in engineering then you must take PCM. Because by PCM you are able to crack any exam easy.
