    In general, the protocols are guidelines which lay down certain rules. These protocols describe the movement of data between the source and destination or the internet. These protocols offer simple naming and addressing schemes. Currently, In India, there is no particular college (or institute) providing a full/fledged course in TCP/IP. You can learn this while studying network engineering. The required skills to apply for the job of TCP/IP are: you need to be experienced.
