If you can afford SRM fee, then SRM is best.

In my opinion, SRM-Chennai is way better than LPU. You'll get better faculty and infrastructure there. Also, you'll get better placements.

You can always go for VIT university if you are willing to study in the field of CSE. The university offers updated course and study pattern which you can compare with all the modern universities in the world. Also, the placement provided is the best for CSE students, the dream and super dream offers are great and if you perform well and regular throughout the 4 years, you've got great opportunities as most of the big companies visit the institution. P. s. - it is actually very crowded and also has a disturbing environment, so take care of that.

SRM is better among the choices as it has better recruiters than LPU. Still, you have a choice to go for other colleges.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
