If your budget is very high and you belong to a good earning family then you can go for SRM as it is having good campus life and exposure but if you belong to a middle-class family then go for LPU. You can get a scholarship too.

The mention universities is good for Engineering. Both universities is best for computer Science engineering (CSE). You can choose one of them for placement. Another one university in Punjab (RIMT university) is one of the best university for CSE Computer Science Engineering Placement: http://rimt.ac.in/.

In all respects, SRM (Chennai) is much better than LPU, for any branch of engineering or any other degree. SRM is a little bit costlier, but it is worth.

Both the colleges are good and offer the best placements, but the fee difference in both the colleges is high. The fee structure of SRM is almost 4.47 LPA and according to my knowledge, LPU offers scholarships on the basis of class 12th score.

Among LPU and SRM. In case of B.Tech, placements as per my opinion, you must go for SRM- Chennai, as SRM has much more opportunities for students, and is in contact with much better companies as compared to LPU.

Students can get direct admission to Lovely Professional University by applying online through the official admission portal and meeting the eligibility criteria for their chosen course. For some programmes, admission is offered based on qualifying exam marks without appearing for LPUNEST. After submitting the application form, students upload required documents and pay the admission fee. Eligible candidates may receive provisional admission offers, followed by counseling and seat confirmation. Direct admission is usually available for selected courses and categories, depending on academic performance and availability of seats.
