Both of these universities have been great, they have their own pros and cons but looking at the growing achievement of LPU, I would recommend you to go for Lovely Professional University, for B.Tech CSE. Feedback for this university might be different, some have very positive and some have negative, but a quality education in an affordable cost with plenty of opportunities for students to grab seems a great deal to me. Both have good facilities and infrastructure and also the faculty is good, but I recommend LPU, because they have good placements record as per their website. But, do check out the MHRD rank of both the colleges before you decide one.
