Hi there, Well, I have no idea about SRM but being an LPU-alumni, I think you should go with LPU. The placement of LPU is very good.600+ companies visit the campus every year and almost 90% of the students got placed. Last year a girl placed in microsoft with a package of 42 LPA. The placement staff of LPU works very hard for bringing the company in the camp. LPU also have tie ups with foreign university that will help student to place in foreign universities. LPU campus is so lovely. The whole campus is under cctv. So no issue of security problems. Hostels are well maintained. Food is good for health. LPU also provide a sports ground with very experienced coach. The university is having a university-hospital which is free of cost for the students. Ambulance service is free for 24 hrs. Wi-Fi facility in all the hostels. Smart classroom. Whole university is online so you can do anything from your mobile. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Hello dear, the Lovely Professional University has been ranked as 51 by NIRF 21 and 33 by Shiksha collections 21. This university has given the medium package of Rs. 4.41 Lacs per annum and total fee is Rs. 9.60 Lacs. We shouldn't compare the two, instead both universities are good. But as a LPU student, I want to say that LPU is the best because LPU is one of the best private universities in India. Its ranking, its location, its education, its infrastructure and its diversity make this university unique. Ranking:- The LPU is among the top 100 of all public and private universities. What has shocked me the most this dear year is the new world ranking of universities among all state and private universities. Placement: - In a professional beautiful university with 100 students, 90-95 students get internship. At B.Tech in particular, the highest salary package was 64 lacs per year. In management there were 21 lacs per year. Therefore, in my view, their packages are excellent compared to any other university. Infrastructure:- There are green spaces in university in so many different departments on campus, air-conditioned classrooms, google lab, IMAC lab, moot court, art lab, agricultural farmland, space center, play areas and both girls and boys shelter. Education: - The teachers are well educated, most of them have a Ph.D. Masters or Masters in a specific subject.

LPU provides a lot of opportunities to each and every one of the eligible students to secure good placement. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes from the first year onward, it may be soft-skills, GD presentations, extempores, technical interviews and personal interviews. To make students get placed in their dream companies. Placements and internships opportunities offered by the university placement department (Division of Career Services, DCS) ensure that students get hands-on experience in working in the industry. The university has industrial tie-ups with various industries. Studying these courses as a part of the curriculum that provides wild card entry to the industry. In B.Tech, you have to study all the engineering subjects, But if you opt for B.Tech Hons. Then you have to study only one of the engineering subjects in more depth. So, in B.Tech you have to study all the subjects given by colleges. But in B.Tech Hons. You have to study only one subjects which you like the most and you get specialisation only in one subjects. So, according to my opinion, B.Tech Hons. Is the best option, In nowadays there is a very great demand for Hons. Degree. Choosing the best university with good placement is also important, I would recommend LPU based on my research that I have done by interacting LPU B.Tech students. Let me share few details of this programme at LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed.
