Which course has better scope M.Sc in HR or MBA in HR? How is HR field in terms of career opportunities?

This is one single trait you must develop for not only pursuing MBA in HR, but also career afterwards in the same field. Human resources, as the name explains is about the people working in any organisation. Right from the recruitment up-to their relieving, all the processes undertaken come under the ambit of HR department. 8 years agoHR is highly recommendable, if you want easy going life. Even at times of recession, HR would still be there, there is no effect on HRs ever. So yes, HR is an evergreen field and have lots of career opportunities. MBA is better than M.Sc. -

Among M.Sc and MBA, I would recommend you to go for MBA. Secondly, since most of the colleges offer dual specialisation and you have done B-Tech as well, better go for dual specialisation of HR with IT. -
