The scope of the MBA in HR is a very much demanding profession. As you know HR is the most important part of any organization/company. So, the need for HR in every field is increasing. In this profession, you can avail several jobs with higher salary packages. It is thought that each enterprise has its specific set of values, visions, ideals, norms, working language, structures, and methodology. The function of an HR expert is to expand and manage the company's culture, hire exceptional talents, and nurture and retain them. Leadership roles are common after a person completes an MBA in HR. MBA in HR is a better field and has more scope these days. Some of the jobs that students with an MBA degree in HR Management can take include Compensation Manager, Manager of Employee Relations, HR Generalist, Technical Recruiter, Director of Staff, Placement Manager, Training and Relations Manager, Organisational Consultant, and more. I did my MBA at LPU and it has helped me grow professionally and also add a lot to my career growth. Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements, etc. Highlights of MBA at LP

Eventually if you utilize each and every part given by any institute then you must get the results. This is her story and she got all these because of the Institute played a huge role. So I don't think MBA is not worthy or anything like that. Its about choosing the best institute and making all out of it. My sisters decision was not wrong and she definitely not regret this. Now if this helps I would suggest to check this institute once.

I would recommend you to go for MBA. Secondly, since most of the colleges offer dual specialisation and you have done B.Tech as well, better go for dual specialisation of HR with IT.

I would prefer MSW HR or MBA HR with a Diploma in IR, Diploma in labour laws and excellent excel knowledge from a reputed institute will help you in HR career. Adding to this, getting placed in a reputed corporate through campus hiring will have a high difference in salary while comparing with the walk-in hiring.
But, there will be a slow growth, if you are not hired through campus placement.

MBA HR offers better opportunities than M.Sc. HR. A professional degree gives you more exposure than a traditional degree though it has got a new syllabus. The approach of MBA and companies demand nowadays is only for MBA HR while selecting candidates, so go for MBA HR.

MBA in HR is highly recommended or rather most preferred PG management degree in any field. If you are a B.Tech graduate, then you can opt for MBA in HR and become a HR manager at any IT company.
    All the best.
