MBA in HR is better choice and has lot of scope in terms of jobs. Choosing a college for MBA is also very important, as per my research I would recommend LPU. It focuses on training employees to deal with customers, hiring, managing payments, establishing a good relationship between employer and employee, and a host of other things, the knowledge of which helps take a company from being average to being at the top. What is the course is all abou

Both M.Sc. An MBA with her. Are good options for a bright career. However, as you already know, M.Sc. Is a Science-related field so you might gain skills to manage a scientific research department or something. If you are looking for a career in the scientific field, it would be a wise choice. On the other hand, MBA in HR. Is related to management and hence has a wider scope. Because you gain enough skills to be an Hr. Manager in any firm and department, you are not sticking to the Science department anymore. However, if you do M.Sc. Your chances of selection in the Science department increase in comparison to an MBA graduate from HR.
