HR is a vital component in any organisation, irrespective of government, PSU, MNC or other corporates. Hence, HR practices is getting much importance for the sake of organisation's health as well as its growth. Naturally MBA in HR specialisation is of deserving priority in coming days. According to me, MBA in HR has wider scope.

Dear Chaitanya, I suggest you to go with MBA HR. It is definitely having better scope. You can have career opportunities as a HR Generalist, Staffing Director, Technical Recruiter, Compensation Manager, Employee Relations Manager, Employment or Placement Manager, Director of HR Training and Development, Organisational development and change consultant. B.Tech and MBA is one of the most common combinations in the country today. And I suggest you pursue MBA from the best business school I. e. Mittal School of Business, LPU. Thank you!
