Which course has better scope M.Sc in HR or MBA in HR? How is HR field in terms of career opportunities?

I am a B.Tech graduate with more than 2.5 years of experience. I work in an IT company.

    You can go for dual degree in MBA HR, operations or IT.

    MBA in HR is the best option. You can get good knowledge of management field, and it has a great scope too.

    MBA in HR has better scope and market value. HR functions consist corporate world activities such as recruitment, training, employee skill development ,team management and performance management.

    I suggest you to go for MBA in HR rather than M.Sc in HR, because the first one has higher scope than M.Sc in HR.

    HR is good option for girls, as there are lot of opportunities in HR sector. So, I would suggest you to go for MBA HR. Placements are also good.

    HR is highly recommendable, if you want easy going life. Even at times of recession, HR would still be there, there is no effect on HRs ever. So yes, HR is an evergreen field and have lots of career opportunities. MBA is better than M.Sc.
